Unique Selling Proposition (USP)

Unique Selling Proposition, or USP, is a marketing concept that refers to the unique benefit or advantage that a company or product offers to its target audience. In other words, it is the distinguishing factor that sets a product or service apart from its competitors and makes it more appealing to customers. A USP can be a feature, benefit, pricing strategy, quality, or any other element that makes a product stand out in the market. For example, Domino's Pizza's USP is "You get fresh, hot pizza delivered to your door in 30 minutes or less - or it's free." This promise of quick and reliable delivery sets them apart from other pizza delivery services. Apple's USP is their sleek and minimalist design, which makes their products instantly recognizable and desirable to consumers. A strong USP can help a company attract and retain customers, increase sales and profits, and build a strong brand identity.
